Processing Time:
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping Times (U.S. Orders):
Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days (extra fees apply)

Shipping Rates:
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order total and delivery location. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions — be sure to subscribe to our email list for updates!

Order Tracking:
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to reflect.

Delays:
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect shipping information. Please double-check your address before placing your order.

Returns:

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Returns are eligible for store credit or exchange only unless otherwise stated. Customer is responsible for return shipping fees (unless item was damaged or incorrect).

Exchanges:

Need a different size or color? Email us at [your support email] and we’ll help process your exchange quickly, pending inventory availability.

Non-Returnable Items:
Final sale items Custom or personalized items Gift cards or digital products (eBooks, templates, etc.)

How to Start a Return:
